Performed Routine maintenance on 2 garage doors. Installed strut support on single car garage door.
Responded to online purchase next day and scheduled service the following day. Called as promised 30 minutes before appt to verify and actually arrived early. Quickly performed maintenance, didn't try to sell Me anything I didn't need. Made 1 recommendation of a support strut which I was familiar with and performed extra service at a very reasonable cost. Tightened springs and didn't charge for it (I had been charged $150 before for this 5 second procedure). Will definitely use every year for routine maintenance and any needed repairs!

The garage door opener was acting finicky and auto reversing for a couple of months. They were able to come out the same day that I called for service. They arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently.

The installer was efficient, explained the replacement procedure, answered all of my questions about the product and warranty and provided me the phone number if I had any problems- which I haven't. I am throughly satisfied with the product and the vendor. I would recommend the Door Doctor.

They came out and rebalanced and lubricated a garage door for me that didn't seem to have been installed correctly on a new build home.

Great Service by Ron. Assessed sporadic failure of existing opener. Ultimately determined that I needed an opener which operated on a different frequency. Something in my neighborhood was interfering with the frequency of the old unit. Installed a different controller.
Now, everything is back to normal. Great Job!!!

I love this team! I’ve used them twice now in five years. The first time Ron came out and installed brand new springs and a garage door opener with battery back up and the second time Adam came out he replaced my springs, one of which had broken because of the extreme use, my garage door is basically my front door! Lol Both of them were amazingly professional and have been doing this for years! Very honest and fair pricing, family owned and will get the job done right and very quickly!
